1. Digital Products

All digital products, including games, apps, and software developed by Cheprak, are non-refundable once purchased or downloaded due to the nature of digital content which cannot be returned or exchanged.


2. Service Refunds

If you have purchased any custom development service or consulting from Cheprak, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • You submit a written request within 14 days from the date of purchase
  • The service has not yet been delivered or started
  • There is a valid reason supported by evidence (such as non-performance or breach of contract)

Refunds are subject to our discretion and will be processed within 30 days if approved.


3. Cancellation Policy

For custom services, clients may cancel orders before work begins. After the start of work, cancellations may incur fees proportional to the amount of completed work.
